Start with these 3 great, all-round workouts for beginners. There are 3 cardio machines used in each Cardio Workout. A beginner session should last up to 30 minutes and can be alternated every other day with a strength training programme. There is one Strength Training Programme, with two strength exercise for each muscle group. Again, repeat this on alternate days.
Running or walking on a treadmill provides a greater cardiovascular workout that you can perform even on a rainy day!
