Karen is the face of Pure Fitness Studios. Although she is the the company Director you may see her taking the odd BodyStep, BodyPump or BodyBalance class. Karen's motto is simple - "every class should be fun".
She loves what she does, and no matter what your fitness level is, you will want to come back again and again. One new participant recently commented that Julie's class was better then sex! We'll have what she's having...!

Tony is a the big softy of Pure Fitness but he knows how to make exercise fun. With 13 years expercience his classes will provide you with a good honest workout that will give the results you are looking for..Tony is an accomplished BodyCombat, RPM, BodyPump and BodyBalance instructor.
Lovely, lovely Paula - she's the nice one... but don't be fooled, she will give you a workout you won't quickly forget. She's fun, feisty, and loves to see her participants having a great time. Paula teaches BodyAttack, Bodystep, Legs, Bums & Tums, BodyBalance and Zumba.
Radiographer by day and some might say 'fitness freak' by night! After years of participating in many group exercise classes, Gillian decided to live her dream! She has recently qualified in Body Combat and Body Pump and believes in bringing the love, passion and enthusiasm for group fitness into all her classes. 'With the fire in your belly and belief in yourself, you can achieve anything!'
As well as being a Bodypump and Spin Instructor Cheryl has an amazing gift - She can provide a killer workout and keep her lipstick perfectly in place! For the rest of us mere mortals we're just glad that there are limited mirrors in Pure so we don't have to look at our own sweaty faces...
Naomi is our BodyCombat dynamo! Committed to delivering quality and fun classes, her energy and passion are contagious. The rest of us are hoping her six pack is catching too!
Jamie is a highly motivated Personal Trainer who thrives on seeing his clients achieve their goals. specialising in strength, conditioning and functional training Jamie is highly qualified and up to speed with the latest fitness and training trends. David is a former Athletics and Karate National champion so he knows how to get better, faster & stronger. You'll leave his classes knowing you've worked hard because he'll be pushing you to be the best you can be. It will be a beautiful love/hate relationship - you'll hate him and then you'll love him and then you love him some more...
Don't be fooled by Kyle's unassuming way because he will have you working harder than you realise. An experienced instructor accomplished in RPM and Bodypump his classes are fun energetic and challenging. In Pure Fitness you will meet Kyle in the spin room - the question is; are you brave enough to get on your bike with Kyle?
She works you hard and smiles like butter wouldn't melt whilst she is doing it! Come to one of her Spin classes and she will have you screaming for More, More, More and don't expect anything less in Bodypump and Bodycombat... By day I'm a respectable schoolteacher but get me on the Pure Fitness studio floor and all that changes! Some night say it's an addiction, but I love the buzz and energy of taking a hard-core, energetic class with plenty of crowd interaction. The Gym bores me so I've trained in a studio for the last ten years and now teach BodyPump and BodyCombat. Can't wait to see you soon!
Alanna is a talented, passionate dance teacher but here's the good news - you don't need to be able to dance to feel good in Alanna's classes. Just move your body and follow the moves. She is our Zumba queen and her hips really don't lie. So, 'ditch the workout and join the Zumba party', with Alanna.
